The Star, 21/08/2019 – Ex-Mp Murgor’s 35 children begin mediation over his 2bn estate

https://www.the-star.co.ke/news/2019-08-21-ex-mp-murgors-35-children-begin-mediation-over-his-2bn-estate/ Disputing family members seen "embracing and hugging" after the first mediation session. The wonders of mediation!
Very often in these UN/International disputes the word ‘mediation’ is used to mean that a diplomat or a politician is trying to negotiate or broker a settlement, NOT that professional mediation is going on. Of course if the process is successful, that’s great; but if it is not it tends to tarnish the concept of ‘mediation’ just a little. Nice to see that in this case, Mr Haysom, according to his LinkedIn page (https://www.linkedin.com/in/nicholas-haysom-75abba4/), is a real, experienced, professional mediator. Very best of luck to Nicholas Haysom in Sudan.
Its for the best.
